Cam Rottler

Cam Rottler is the President of TPG Multifamily and is a member of The Picerne Group's Executive Committee. Mr. Rottler oversees all investment and asset management activities in the multifamily residential sector.

Prior to joining TPG Multifamily in 2009, Mr. Rottler served as Head of Acquisitions for the Western United States for Fairfield Residential, one of the largest and most successful multifamily real estate operating companies in the U.S. Mr. Rottler held this position since Fairfield's formation in 1984. Mr. Rottler was responsible for the development and acquisition of over 35,000 units.

Prior to joining Fairfield, Mr. Rottler was Head of Acquisitions for the Balcor Company from 1975 until the company was successfully sold to American Express in 1984. During his tenure Balcor became the largest real estate syndicator in the U.S. Mr. Rottler was directly involved in the underwriting of over 85 properties totaling over 25,000 units.

Mr. Rottler holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
