Gregory G. Nakahira

Gregory G. Nakahira is a Managing Director at Picerne Capital and is a member of The Picerne Group's Executive Committee. During his ten year tenure with TPG Mr. Nakahira has played a significant role in the growth and development of the company's Japanese loan portfolio and real estate assets.

Prior to joining The Picerne Group Mr. Nakahira was with Goldman Sachs, opening their western production office for commercial mortgage backed security lending. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 1998 Mr. Nakahira spent ten years with Heller Financial as a leading investment officer, placing equity investments in real estate transactions in the western United States. In the early part of the 1990s Mr. Nakahira led a team of portfolio managers at Heller that was responsible for a $500MM portfolio of real estate investments during the 1991-1992 recessionary environment.

Mr. Nakahira holds a Masters from Long Beach State University and received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego.
