John Ed Easley

John Ed Easley is a member of The Picerne Group's Executive Committee. He is involved in establishing strategy for investments made in the land, residential and multifamily sectors.

Prior to joining The Picerne Group in 2006 Mr. Easley was the President and CEO of Crown Pacific Properties, a company he formed in 2003, and over the ensuing three years grew into a diversified real estate company with a portfolio of acquisitions and redevelopment valued at more than $300 million.

Before forming Crown Pacific Properties Mr. Easley's thirty-plus years of executive-level experience in the multifamily industry included several years at JPI, where he provided strategic and operational oversight for the Western/International division. He established a San Diego office for JPI, expanded its California operations to include the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Orange County, and opened a JPI Canadian division in Toronto.

Mr. Easley holds a bachelors degree from the University of Texas in Austin, TX.
