Jon D. Demorest

Jon D. Demorest is an Executive Vice President of The Picerne Group and a member of The Picerne Group's Executive Committee. Mr. Demorest is involved in establishing the strategic direction of the company, evaluating investment opportunities, transaction structuring, tax planning and mitigating risk.

Prior to joining The Picerne Group in 2001 Mr. Demorest was an equity partner with Latham & Watkins, a leading international law firm with more than 1,500 lawyers in 21 offices worldwide. Mr. Demorest spent more than 22 years as a practicing attorney at Latham & Watkins, where he specialized in real estate and finance matters and played an active role in firm management.

Mr. Demorest received bachelors' degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley law school in 1979.
