Kenneth M. Golden 

M.S.W., Ed. D.

Dr. Kenneth M. Golden manages the Kenneth A. Picerne Foundation, an active family charitable foundation, and focuses on executive team development.


Dr. Golden has been a consultant in both the profit and non-profit sectors for over 25 years. His consulting practice has focused on change leadership and the development of expanding entrepreneurial organizations. Dr. Golden is Visiting Professor of Management at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri and has consulted and taught internationally throughout the U.S., Europe, Thailand and Japan.


As a licensed clinical social worker, Dr. Golden has provided direct clinical services to youth, adults and families. Dr. Golden has served as a management trainer and consultant for human service and health care organizations including the National Institute of Mental Health, and acted as Adjunct Professor in the Schools of Social Work and Business and Assistant Dean in the College of Health and Human Services at San Diego State University. Dr. Golden is a former United States Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Ghana, West Africa, as an instructor in a teacher training college.


Dr. Golden has a Masters degree in Social Work and a Doctorate in Education.
