Marc Chasman

Marc Chasman is the President of TPG Residential and is a member of The Picerne Group's Executive Committee. He oversees all investment and asset management activities in the residential land and single family sectors.

Prior to joining TPG Residential in 2008, Mr. Chasman served as Regional President for Lennar's Northern California / Northern Nevada Region. As Regional President, Mr. Chasman was responsible for all investment and operational aspects of eight divisions which at their peak closed $2 billion of home sales annually, had over 1,100 employees, and led Lennar in JD Power Customer Satisfaction.

Prior to joining Lennar, Mr. Chasman acted as the Corporate Treasurer for KB Homes in Los Angeles and as Financial Analyst at Chase Investment Bank in New York.

Mr. Chasman received an MBA from The University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Chasman sits on the Board for New Alternatives, the largest provider of transitional housing and outplacement services to troubled teenagers in San Diego and Orange Counties, and is an active fund raiser for River Oaks Center for Children in Sacramento and The Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation in Orange County, California.
