TPG Multifamily is the acquisition and operating platform for TPG's multifamily business. The group works closely with Picerne Capital, and targets multifamily land and existing investments primarily in California, Nevada and Arizona.

• TPG Multifamily is focused on markets in which the sellers have capitulated in the face of significant distress and in which TPG can use its relationships, contacts and expertise to create access and gain an inside track.
• TPG Multifamily seeks transactions with characteristics that include historically attractive acquisition cap rates, distressed sellers, markets with a high propensity to rent, strong discounts to replacement cost in supply constrained areas and strong fundamentals in the medium term.
• The TPG Multifamily team has exceptional experience and the expertise to evaluate acquisition micro and macro environments, maximize leasing performance, enhance income from operations, and to underwrite and manage assets to increase value and achieve substantial returns.
