TPG Multifamily is the acquisition and operating platform for TPG's multifamily business. The group targets multifamily land and existing investments primarily in California, Nevada and Arizona.

• Cam Rottler, President, leads the TPG Multifamily team. Mr. Rottler has over 35 years of multifamily experience, including over 25 years as Vice President with Fairfield Residential overseeing West Coast investment activity.
