TPG Residential is the acquisition and operating platform for TPG’s residential and land investment business.  The group targets value added and distressed residential land, single family portfolios and bulk condominium portfolios in California, Nevada and Arizona.

• Marc Chasman, President, leads the TPG Residential team. Mr. Chasman was formerly Regional President at Lennar Homebuilders, overseeing Northern California and Nevada.
• TPG Residential provides advisory services to lenders and owners of property, assisting them in evaluating the risks and opportunities associated with their unique situation and in determining their optimal course of action.
• The TPG Residential team has extensive expertise in all phases of acquisition, capitalization, entitlement, development, construction, sales and marketing and posses the the expertise to analyze, finance and intensely manage investments to optimize value.
• TPG's Residential's principals have over 50 years combined experience the multifamily, residential and land investment business.
