Founded in 1988, The Picerne Group is a privately held U.S. corporation, based in Southern California, with offices in Chicago and Tokyo. The Picerne Group focuses on domestic and international real estate investments, as well as best-in-class asset management.

• Over the past 20 years, The Picerne Group has successfully invested approximately $750M in real estate equity and debt, diversifying investments across a variety of property types and geographies.  
• Since 2003, The Picerne Group has focused on harvesting the portfolio and developing an exceptionally liquid investment position.   
• The The Picerne Group teams have decades of experience in managing complex portfolios of residential and commercial loans, joint ventures and real estate. 
• Picerne Capital's President previously managed a $3.0 billion portfolio while President of Heller Financial and a $4.0 billion while President of Merrill Lynch Capital Real Estate.
• Picerne Capital gained invaluable experience buying and managing billions of dollars of RTC assets and Japanese NPL Portfolios in the 1990's and early 2000's.
• The Picerne Group’s residential team has nearly 50 years of combined experience, working for Lennar, KB Home and Richmond American.  During their years of service at these blue chip homebuilders, the team has developed extensive expertise in all phases of acquisition, capitalization, entitlement, development, construction, sales and marketing.
